Our Process

We exclusively utilise premium, multi-stage kits from Car Builders Australia to ensure your vehicle receives the highest grade of acoustic and thermal protection available. Specifically engineered for the harsh Australian climate, these products don't just dampen sound—they are designed to withstand extreme cabin temperatures without failing or smelling. By using their specialised Butyl vibration mats and multi-layer thermal liners, we provide a professional-grade finish that outperforms standard factory insulation and lasts the life of your vehicle.

Stage 1: Vibration Damping (The Foundation)

We apply a high-grade, adhesive Butyl Damping Mat directly to the sheet metal. This stops the "tin-can" effect by neutralizing panel resonance and structural vibration. It turns a thin, vibrating metal panel into a solid, inert surface

Stage 2: Acoustic & Thermal Insulation (The Barrier)

On top of the damping mat, we install a secondary layer of Mass Noise Liner or Closed-Cell Foam. This stage is critical for blocking airborne noise (engine roar and tyre sing) and acting as a heavy-duty thermal shield against transmission tunnel and exhaust heat.

Stage 3: Specialised Enhancements (The Finish)

To complete the cabin environment, we apply specialised products like Van Liner for large panels, Acoustic Liner for roof skins to stop rain noise, and Knocker Liner for wheel arches. This final stage ensures every specific "weak point" in your vehicle's design is fully sealed and insulated.
